Processing time
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies, usually an order will ship in 3-5 business days. If something is out of stock we will contact you in regard to a back-order or other accommodation.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. Please be advised that international shipping rates, VAT taxes, custom duties and timing vary by each country and something we have no control over. If an order is international we will contact you with shipping charges based on your country and timing.

Within the USA, Standard Ground Shipping is free.

RETURNS
Ways of Color prides itself on producing high quality pieces of art. Please know that our pieces are handmade and one of a kind so your piece may differ slightly from the photo shown on the website.
We gladly accept returns and exchanges. To initiate a return or exchange please contact us at leslie@waysofcolor or (978) 944-2248 within 7 days of delivery. We ask that items are shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery.
Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned.
*We will refund the full purchase price of the order minus shipping charges. Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in the event that Ways of Color has shipped the wrong item(s). Ways of Color also will accept locally purchased items to be returned in person.
Returns on Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged upon delivery, report it to us within 24 hours by either emailing us at leslie@waysofcolor.com, or by calling us at (978) 944-2248.
